It does not give legal advice, predict outcomes, or replace a lawyer.
No. Your records are completely private and locked to your account. Mainstay works in single-player mode by default.
No. Mainstay supports parents who are starting from scratch, parents whose orders aren't being followed, and parents who already have stable orders and want to keep records.
Mainstay launches with full support for California. Texas, Florida, and New York follow soon after. The core record-keeping works in every state from day one.
Free tier with private records. Mainstay Basic at $7.99/month adds more storage and reminders. Mainstay Plus at $14.99/month unlocks order reading, declaration drafting, and packet exports. Monthly first, always.
